• 7/16/09- First meeting with NP, got paperwork signed off. Took paperwork immediately to UPS store, faxed to cryobank.
  • 8/6/09- Placed order for 12 vials of frozen “baby swimmers”. Decided to order enough for 1st child, and the 2nd child that we plan to have in a few years.
  • 8/14/09- ICI #1. At home insemination with a syringe. Wife left day after insemination for 3 months.  Longest 2 weeks of our lives!
  • 8/29/09- TWW #1 ended. BFN #1. AF was 2 days late (I’m always on a perfect schedule). High hopes of positive shattered by CD being the next  day.
  • 9/11/09- ICI #2. At home insemination with the use of a speculum. Beginning of TWW #2.
  • 9/22/09 DPO 11 BFN #2
  • 9/24/09 AF and a few tears
  • 10/09 Took month off due to travel/+OPK results when out of town
  • 10/09 exchanged swimmers from ICI to IUI
  • 11/06/09 1st IUI with our NP

  • 12/4/09 IUI at home for the 1st time.
  • 12/17/09 DPO 14, BFN #4

  • 2/15/10 Clom.id CD 5-9 50 mg.
  • 2/16/10 Exchanged donors with cryobank
  • 2/19/10 HSG test to make sure all tubes are clear. Everything looks great.
  • 2/22/10 Ultrasound and trigger shot
  • 2/23/10 IUI #7, 2 follicles ready, sperm count at 12.8 million with new donor
  • 3/7/10 BFN#7, DPO 14
  • 3/15/10 Clom.id CD 5-9 50 mg.
  • 3/23/10 Ultrasound and trigger shot
  • 3/24/10 IUI #8, 1 follicle ready/right ovary, used original donor’s last vial, SC over 25 million
  • 3/29/10 Consultation with RE discussing in.vitro if IUI does not work
  • 4/3/10 BFP!!! 3 tests all confirm positive
  • 4/5/10 HCG#1 BFP! Prog. 62, beta 75
  • 4/7/10 HCG#2 Beta 163
  • 4/30/10 Released from RE to our midwife, 7w1d
  • 6/22/10 It’s a GIRL
